While the Decade for a Culture of Peace is ending, the global movement for a culture of peace is continuing with greater intensity! The focus will be on the role of youth in implementing the landmark 1999 UN Declaration and Programme of Action on a Culture of Peace (Resolution A/RES/53/243) to make it a meaningful reality.
